• Including 16L Rinnai Gas Califont (runs off 9kg gas bottle)
• Including BlackBox 62 Waste Management System (This gets set up on site. It Is like a mini septic tank with a temporary connection.)
• Wired with 3 double power points, inside lights and an outside light complete with 20m cord which plugs into a 3-pin plug.
  NB: Curtains are not included.

Rental Prices 12 month minimum period):

• $200 per week (12 month contract)
