Our 6 x 2.7 metre cabins arrives at your property:

• Carpeted
• Internally lined
• Painted (interior and exterior)
• Including kitchen and breakfast bar
• Wired with 5 double power points, inside lights and an outside light complete with 20m cord which plugs into a 3 pin plug.
• Including 16L Rinnai Gas Califont (runs off 9kg gas bottle)
• Including BlackBox 62 Waste Management System (This gets set up on site. It Is like a mini septic tank with a temporary connection.)
  NB: Curtains are not included.

Rental Prices (12 month minimum period):

• $255 per week (12 month contract)

• $550 refundable bond
• $790 delivery/pick up fee (Auckland).
• $550 connection fee
• One week rent payable in advance
