• With double glazed powder coated aluminium window and ranch slider. Ranch slider includes toughened safety glass.
• Manufactured with 100% H3.2 treated timber, which is highly resistant to rotting, and with regular maintenance will last as long as your home. This includes all wooden building materials including framing and exterior cladding (excluding internal lining).
• Including kitchenette with 1200mm sink bench with insert, kitchen tap and 450mm set of drawers.
• With en-suite, including shower unit, toilet and hand basin.
• Including Gas Califont (runs off 9kg gas bottle)
• Including BlueBox 62 Waste Management System (This gets set up on site. It Is like a mini septic tank with a temporary connection.)
