Our range of self-contained Spacemaker cabins provide all the options you need. The 2.7m width makes for a spacious interior yet still fits into a relatively small on-site area. The perfect unit to provide extra income to existing property or for family or friends staying and needing their own private space – your own minimalist tiny home.

Spacemaker Plus and Spacemaker Deluxe 6 x 2.7 metre cabins arrive at your property:

• Insulated (floor, walls and ceiling)
• Internally lined (with 12mm ply)
• Carpeted
• Painted interior (Dulux Ahipara white) & exterior (colour of your choice)]
• Wired with double power points, inside lights and an outside light complete with 20m lead which plugs into a 3-pin plug. Includes electrical code of compliance certificate.
• With double glazed powder coated aluminium window and ranch slider. Ranch slider includes toughened safety glass.
• Manufactured with 100% H3.2 treated timber, which is highly resistant to rotting, and with regular maintenance will last as long as your home. This includes all wooden building materials including framing and exterior cladding (excluding internal lining).
• With en-suite, with shower unit, toilet and hand basin.
• With lino in the bathroom.
• With Gas Califont (runs off 9kg gas bottle)
• With BlueBox 62 Waste Management System (this gets set up on site. It is like a mini septic tank with a temporary connection.)

Spacemaker Deluxe also includes:

• Kitchenette with 1200mm sink bench with insert, kitchen tap and 450mm set of drawers.
• Lino in the kitchenette.
