Our VIP cabins with bathroom offer a stylish yet affordable, compact and comfortable semi-contained living space. Everything you need except the kitchen sink! They are available in 4.8 x 2.4m and 5.4 x 2.4m sizes.

Our VIP cabins arrive at your property:

• Insulated (floor, walls and ceiling)
• Internally lined (with 12mm ply)
• Carpeted
• Painted interior (Dulux Ahipara white) & exterior (colour of your choice)]
• Wired with power points, inside lights and an outside light complete with 20m lead which plugs into a 3-pin plug. Includes electrical code of compliance certificate.
• With double glazed powder coated aluminium window and ranch slider. Ranch slider includes toughened safety glass.
• Manufactured with 100% H3.2 treated timber, which is highly resistant to rotting, and with regular maintenance will last as long as your home. This includes all wooden building materials including framing and exterior cladding (excluding internal lining).
• With en-suite, including shower unit, toilet and hand basin.
• Including Gas Califont (runs off 9kg gas bottle)
• Including BlueBox 62 Waste Management System (This gets set up on site. It Is like a mini septic tank with a temporary connection.)
