The Fitz Roy XL is our most spacious single-story model with separated bedroom at one end with Ranch Sliders to let light flood into the room and to act as a separate entrance. The main room is spacious enough for a fold out couch to watch TV or take in the view out of the second set of Ranch Sliders. The design lends itself to people that don’t want to climb stairs or a ladder to a mezzanine level. Its ideally suited for older people and Airbnb rentals.
The Fitz Roy is 10.5m long, 3m wide and can be moved anywhere in New Zealand with a low loader truck.
